Job summary

Squadrun Inc in India is seeking a data-focused professional to monitor KPIs, build a deep understanding of the business across the data funnel, and suggest growth opportunities. You will automate and optimize processes to save time and empower stakeholders by making data features accessible.

You will run product experimentation with A/B tests to understand user behavior, create compelling visual data representations, automate reports, and set alerts to optimize decision moments.

Skills:

• Intermediate SQL proficiency and experience in writing highly-optimized SQL queries on very large relational databases
• Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of our BI platforms, database schemas, ETL’s, and business logic with an ability to apply critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis
• Demonstrated analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to influence business decisions
• Ability to break down larger questions into smaller executable problems and communicate closure deadlines.
