Job summary

CoverGo | Insurtech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Health Insurance to collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business challenges, gather requirements, design solutions, and support the implementation of insurance technology projects.

Responsibilities include documenting BRDs and user stories, developing test scenarios, supporting QA/UAT/Release activities, and translating business needs into technical solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
• Previous experience in health insurance industry is required.
• Insurtech experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, and UAT.
• Strong understanding of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of system functionality, data integration, and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Technical writing experience is an advantage.
• Health insurance certification from INS, LOMA, or III is an added advantage.

• Coordinate or monitor the work of other Business Analysts when required.
