Job description

Responsibilities

• 3-6 years of experience with a working knowledge of software development and support methodologies.
• Demonstration skill in preparation and maintenance of SOP documents.
• Knowledge and familiarity in concepts of functional testing.
• Expert in client communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and liaise with SMEs to provide solutions to critical issues.
• Resolve day‑to‑day functional support issues.
• Participate in meetings and note action points for follow‑ups.
• Operational understanding of Cash Management and Accounting (desirable).
• Coordinate investigation, resolution and reporting on production incidents.
• Report any inconsistencies to all stakeholders.
• Liaise with Business and change teams for new functionality requests.
• Conduct production defect testing during major release and emergency release.
• Liaise with release management team to keep the development environment updated for production issue testing.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the corporate payments domain.
• Product knowledge: Transact, TCS Bancs, FlexCube, Finacle (at least one product knowledge preferable).
• Strong understanding of Global Payments Processing.
• Knowledge of SWIFT (Mt 103, 202, 202 Cov…) and ISO 20022 Message Processing (Pain, Pacs…).
• Deep understanding of payment life cycle.
• Experience with Clearing & Settlement Systems (e.g., RTGS/CHATS/RTP/CHAPS/FEDWIRE/CHIPS/SEPA/Step2/Target2/Faster Payments/IMPS).
• Knowledge of SEPA (Direct Debits, Credit Transfers, Mandate Management).
• Understanding of Global Payments Business and Trends.
• Understating of brief accounting concepts.
• Proven experience in functional analysis.
• Basic knowledge of SQL query preparation.
