Job summary

Jobaaj Com is seeking a Business Analyst to understand lending products and coordinate requirements. The role involves leading requirement gathering, creating BSDs, user stories, and test cases, and ensuring knowledge transfer with tech teams during implementation.

You'll be the primary customer liaison through the lifecycle, coordinate UAT, and support end-user training while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and successful go-live.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of lending products and the company's solutions


• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into structured documentation


• Prepare Business Solution Documents (BSDs), user stories, test cases, and other requirement documents


• Work closely with technology teams to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and implementation alignment


• Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle


• Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth go-live
