Job summary

Agilent Technologies India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst with strong data analysis skills and financial acumen. You will analyze billing versus forecasts, support budgeting and forecasting, and oversee vendor payments and reconciliations.

Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps will enable automated reporting and dashboards. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience, advanced Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and excellent English communication for stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
• Typically, at least 5+ years relevant experience.
• Must have strong English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual billing against forecasts, identify variances, and provide insights.

Business Analyst Job Description Strong data analysis skills with a good understanding of financial concepts and terminology. Experience in analyzing and comparing actual billing against forecasts, identifying variances, and providing actionable insights. Knowledge of accrual journal entries and the ability to perform impact analysis and variance assessments. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Understanding of the end-to-end vendor payment process, including invoice processing, approvals, payment execution, and reconciliations. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps for workflow automation and application development. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation, data visualization, and business reporting. Ability to generate management reports, perform trend analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Must Have

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups)
