Job summary

Job description

Requirements

• Knowledge of IT/cyber security controls, control testing methods, evidence validation, and compliance tracking.
• Exposure frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.
• Experience supporting cyber uplift programs, maturity assessments, and remediation tracking.
• Ability to create security dashboards, summaries, metrics, and progress reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft’s security suite, including Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview.
• Ability to act as the security liaison between cyber teams, IT, and business units.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and drive remediation of findings from vulnerability assessments, pen tests, audits, and regulatory inspections, ensuring accountability, prioritization, and alignment with risk appetite.
• End-to-end project implementation and cross-functional stakeholder management experience including agile project delivery.
• Seasoned business analyst with experience in requirements analysis, requirements management and documentation, exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence etc, hands-on with SQL queries.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institute. (Business, Computer Science, etc.)
• Comfortable with ideation, solution design and development of thought leadership materials and documents to support practice development efforts.
• Exposure to consultative sales/business development, pre-sales, RFP and proposal development and client management experience is a plus.
