Business Analyst – Team Lead Capital Markets | Settlements & Reconciliation

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst – Team Lead for a leading client in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have strong Capital Markets domain knowledge, hands-on experience in Settlements & Reconciliation, and expertise in Broadridge tools.

Location: Pune

Experience: 5+ Years

Designation: Team Lead (TL)

Shift: UK Shift

Maximum CTC: ₹15 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Work Mode: Work from Office (as per client requirement)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to Capital Markets operations.
• Manage and support Settlements & Reconciliation processes.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with operations, technology, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Perform requirement analysis, impact assessment, and gap analysis.
• Support system enhancements, UAT, and process improvement initiatives.
• Investigate settlement breaks, reconciliation discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
• Lead a team, monitor deliverables, and ensure process quality and SLA adherence.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and business requirement documents.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Capital Markets Operations.
