Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets, Treasury, or Investment Banking environments.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex business problems into practical and scalable technology solutions.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Fast learner with the ability to understand new systems, products, and business processes quickly.

Responsabilités

• Engage with business, operations, finance, treasury, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Gap Analyses, and Use Cases.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Perform current-state and future-state analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Calypso Back Office/Settlement operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, operations, finance, treasury, risk, compliance, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and drive technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Engage with business, operations, finance, treasury, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
• User Stories
• Process Flow Diagrams
• Gap Analysis Documents
• Use Cases
• Data Mapping Documents
• Impact Assessments
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Perform current-state and future-state analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution discussions, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets, Treasury, or Investment Banking environments.

• Expertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory)

• Strong understanding of Capital Markets trade lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Calypso Back Office, Settlements, Confirmations, Cash Management, Corporate Actions, and Post-Trade Processing.
• Experience with trade settlement workflows across asset classes.
• Understanding of reconciliation processes, controls, and regulatory considerations
