Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, KYC/AML. Financial Crime Risk Management is a priority service line at Genpact. We have been serving clients globally, and given Australia is a preferred market, we are making significant investments in this market.

Responsibilities:

3. Own the outcomes assigned to you, knowing you have the support of the global organization.
4. Conduct due diligence/surveillance on clients assigned to you per policy, with utmost confidentiality and 100% accuracy.
5. Ensure client results are met and all processes and procedures are adhered to.
6. Act as an enabler between our teams located globally, local teams, and our clients in Australia.
7. Contribute to the development and lead the implementation of project outcomes.
8. Work with client teams as per the authority delegated to you.
9. Handle teams and initiatives.
10. Help review policy, SOPs, process flows, and recommend ideas for improvement.

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum qualifications:

1. University graduate.
2. Ability to understand the big picture and work independently.
3. Experience in building, appraising, and leading teams.
4. Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion balancing highly sensitive casework.
5. Sound business communication (in English) is a must-have.
6. Exposure to contact centre operations.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Proven Banking, Operations, or Financial Crime Risk Management experience.
2. Experience in Customer Lifecycle Management (KYC, Client Onboarding, Product Fulfillment, Offboarding, Periodic Review).
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle team and client discussions.
