Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru is seeking a Business Analyst with strong banking domain and technical expertise. The role focuses on implementing and integrating Temenos T24, Salesforce, and Loan IQ solutions, translating business needs into actionable specs, and driving enhancements across core banking workflows.

You will work with T24 modules, APIs, and modern middleware, participating in agile delivery and large-scale transformation programs while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Temenos T24 development and banking modules.
• Hands-on Salesforce/nCino development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of lending operations and integration patterns.
• Proficient in API integration and Temenos frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Jira, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement solutions across Temenos, Salesforce, nCino and Loan IQ ecosystems.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Develop apps using InfoBasic, TAFC/TAFJ, L3 Java, Apex, LWC and Visualforce.
• Support Loan IQ lending lifecycles, including deals, facilities, draws, payments, and servicing.
• Work with T24 modules like Customer, Accounts, Deposits, Lending and Funds Transfer.
• Develop and support integrations via Temenos APIs and REST/SOAP interfaces.
• Participate in implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation aligned with Agile practices.

Preferred Skills

Temenos Application Framework (TAF). Loan IQ implementation or upgrade projects. Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures. T24, Loan IQ, Salesforce, or nCino certifications. Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and financial services best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions across T24, Salesforce, nCino, and Loan IQ ecosystems.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Develop and customize applications using InfoBasic, TAFC, TAFJ, L3 Java, Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Support Loan IQ and lending lifecycle processes including Deal Setup, Facilities, Drawdowns, Interest & Fees, Payments, and Loan Servicing.
• Work on T24 modules including Customer, Accounts, Deposits, Lending, and Funds Transfer (FT).
• Develop and support integrations using Temenos APIs, Integration Framework, REST/SOAP APIs, IRIS interfaces, and middleware platforms.
• Participate in implementation, enhancements, testing (TUT, SIT, UAT), deployment, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation while ensuring adherence to Agile delivery methodologies.

Must-Have Skills

• Temenos T24 Development (R16) Salesforce and/or nCino Development Commercial Lending / Syndicated Lending Domain Knowledge Required Technical Skills T24: InfoBasic, TAFC, TAFJ, L3 Java, Version Routines, Enquiries, LOCAL.TABLE, Browser Developments.
• Salesforce/nCino: Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Configuration & Customization.
• Loan IQ: Functional expertise in Deal Setup, Facilities, Drawdowns, Payments, Interest & Fees, and Loan Servicing.
• Integration experience using APIs, Temenos Integration Framework, IRIS, REST/SOAP services.
• Experience with SQL, JIRA, Agile methodologies, and testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking and Commercial Banking business processes.
