Job summary

Spring HR seeks a senior Business Analyst for AI Solution and Gen AI initiatives in Navi Mumbai. The role requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology projects and hands-on capability to draft AI/ML/GenAI requirements, map business processes, and facilitate stakeholders.

The candidate should understand Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents, and be proficient in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed process workflows within an Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis experience in enterprise technology projects
• Hands-on experience drafting requirements for AI/ML/GenAI initiatives

• Requirement gathering, business process mapping, and Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
