Essential Job Functions:

• Manage projects involving System Integration, New Product Features, Business Enhancements, Transformation, and Cloud migration.
• Translate Business Requirements into detailed Program and Project Plans.
• Lead Business and IT teams to develop optimal IT solutions aligned with Road Maps.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring phased procurement and financial controls.
• Own end-to-end solutions, providing governance across stakeholders including Business Sponsors, IT Directors, Architects, and Technical Teams.
• Identify opportunities, risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop tactical strategies aligned with strategic goals.
• Deliver Telecom domain Business Solutions involving large-scale IT System Integration.
• Implement solutions using SAFe methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on End-to-End Project Management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with multiple vendors.

Technical Expertise:

• At least 2 years industry experience, preferably in IT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Telecom Domain, industry trends, and methodologies like Agile, SAFe, DevOps.
• Ability to facilitate and tailor delivery with stakeholders.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
