Job summary

JLL Technologies Enterprise Analytics in Bengaluru seeks a Business Analyst to analyze data across property management, sales, and market trends to support decisions.

You will collaborate with senior analysts, data scientists, and leaders to translate requirements into actionable analytics, build dashboards, and ensure reporting accuracy. This role emphasizes communication and commercial real estate domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer science or other quantitative fields.
• 3–6 years of experience with analytical problem formulation and analytics/insight development.
• 3–6 years of strong programming experience with SQL, Python or other data mining and analysis tools.
• Experience with source systems; familiarity with Azure, Databricks is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience developing insights and dashboards using BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop, execute and monitor complex insights and analytical solutions to property tech problems using various approaches.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency in reporting processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance and efficiency of existing processes.
• Manage current project deliverables, communicate roadblocks and find solutions to move projects forward.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer science, Other quantitative fields
• 3-6 years of experience with analytical problem formulation and analytics / insight development
• 3-6 years of strong programming experience with SQL, Python or other data mining and analysis tools.
• Experience in handling source systems and the ability to adapt your knowledge to new tools and systems. Understanding of our current stack (Microsoft Azure, Databricks) is a plus.
• Working AI Knowledge, Databricks Genie, and Claude experience is a plus.
• 3-6 years of experience developing insights and dashboards using a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus.
