Qualifications

• Experience with source systems and adaptability to new tools and systems.
• Azure/Databricks knowledge is a plus.
• BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and correlations.
• Develop and monitor analytics solutions for property tech problems using various methods.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and metrics.

As a Business Analyst in the Enterprise Analytics Team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data related to property management processes, sales and financial information, and market trends and support decision-making within the organization.
