Business Analyst - Onsite. Role Summary: The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of portal projects. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality portal solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for portal development projects.
• Analysis and Design: Analyze business processes and design solutions that align with business goals and technical capabilities.
• Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Must have experience in JIRA or Confluence or any project management and issue tracking tool.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to ensure the successful implementation of portal solutions.
• Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure the portal meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the new portal functionalities.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance portal performance and user experience.
