Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai is seeking a skilled analytics professional to join the Collections team. You will engage with business stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable analytics solutions, and build models that improve collections performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of analytics experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and a practical business mindset. Hands-on AI experience is a big plus and is expected to drive measurable outcomes in collections processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2-5 years of analytics experience in Collections/ Credit Risk/Modelling.
• Proficient in SQL/Python.
• Good problem solving skills, Ability to build storylines & recommendations for business stakeholder consumption i.e. Ability to “Think in Math, Speak in English”
• Analytics Solution Design & development
• Good business acumen
• Prefer candidates with Credit Scoring/Risk Modelling/Credit Cards experience
• Hands-On AI Experience a big plus
