Job summary

Evoke HR is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Mumbai to drive requirements gathering and documentation for banking and cash management projects. The role focuses on BRDs, FSDs, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, development and QA teams to ensure smooth UAT and production deployment.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with stakeholders across teams, create process and data flow diagrams, and support the end-to-end delivery of critical banking applications including

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
• Ability to prepare BRDs and FSDs for banking projects.
• Strong coordination with business, development and QA teams.
• Experience in UAT coordination and production support.
• Knowledge of cash management and core banking processes.
• Familiarity with payment rails: RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/UPI/SWIFT.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication.
