MageTech Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements. You will collaborate with customers, project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and leadership to ensure on-time delivery of projects.

The role involves gathering requirements, creating BRD/FRD documents, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with product goals across web and mobile platforms. Remote/Hybrid work offered.

Qualifications

Experience in gathering and documenting BRD/FRD requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
Strong liaison between customers and development teams for successful delivery.
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA-based workflows.
Experience supporting UAT and defining test scenarios.

Responsibilities

Understand and analyze customer business requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document BRD/FRD.
Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Develop functional workflows and process diagrams to guide implementation.
Coordinate with UI/UX, development, QA, and project management teams.
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings.
Validate delivered functionality against requirements and assist QA with test cases.
Identify gaps, risks, and impacts; maintain traceability of requirements.

JOB SUMMARY

MageTech Solutions is looking for a skilled Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, communicate with customers and development teams, and convert business needs into clear functional requirements. The candidate will work closely with customers, project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and analyze customer business requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prepare functional workflows and process diagrams.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
Coordinate with UI/UX, development, QA, and project management teams.
Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions.
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvements.Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings.
Validate delivered functionality against requirements.
Assist QA teams with test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Track requirement changes and maintain proper documentation.
Support UAT and client demonstrations.
Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and business impacts.
