Job summary

AbhiBus is a leading online bus-ticketing platform. We seek a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to collaborate with sales, product, technology, and operations to understand requirements and deliver effective business solutions.

You will gather and validate requirements, drive MIS, translate business needs into inputs for sales, product and tech, and prepare reports and dashboards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, CS, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and business-process mapping.
• Ability to write clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project-management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data-visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and requirement documentation.

Role Overview
