We are looking for adetail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience inbusiness requirement analysis, process documentation, and software solutionimplementation. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients, thesoftware development team, and third-party stakeholders to understand businessneeds, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successfulproject delivery.

KeyResponsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Conduct client meetings and calls togather, understand, analyze, and document business requirements andproject objectives.
  
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes,identify gaps, and recommend suitable software solutions to improveoperational efficiency.
  
• Functional Documentation: Translate business requirements intofunctional specifications, process flows, and Software RequirementSpecifications (SRS).
  
• Client Coordination: Act as the primary liaison betweenclients, the software engineering team, and third-party stakeholdersthroughout the software development lifecycle.
  
• SRS Preparation & Sign-off: Prepare detailed SRS documents, validaterequirements with clients, and obtain formal approval before development.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Interact with client stakeholders,including senior management, to understand business workflows, challenges,and expectations.
  
• Development Team Collaboration: Work closely with software developers andengineering teams to communicate requirements, clarify functional queries,and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  
• Project Coordination: Monitor requirement-related activities,track clarifications, and support timely delivery of software solutions inline with agreed specifications.
  
• Implementation & Training: Support software implementation at clientpremises, coordinate user training, and assist clients during solutiondeployment and adoption.
  
• Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate project documentationand communicate requirements, updates, and functional changes effectivelyto all stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Required Skills& Qualifications

• 2-3years of experience in BusinessAnalysis, preferably in a software development or IT solutionsenvironment.
  
• Strong understanding of requirementgathering, business process analysis, and functional specificationdocumentation.
  
• Experience in preparing SoftwareRequirement Specifications (SRS) and coordinating client sign-offs.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and seniormanagement.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, anddocumentation skills.
  
• Ability to understand business workflowsand translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
  
• Good stakeholder management,interpersonal, and coordination skills.
