Job summary

NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India, is seeking a Business Analyst to join our AML/financial crime team. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing requirements, translating regulations into specifications, and supporting KYC, monitoring, and reporting initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in financial services as a Business Analyst, with strong AML/KYC domain expertise and experience with AMLA/EU regulations. Collaborative, cross-functional delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services
• Strong AML/KYC/Financial Crime domain expertise
• Mandatory experience with AMLA / EU AML programs
• Good understanding of EU AML regulations (AMLD/AMLR/AMLA)
• Experience with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and risk assessment
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to AML/financial crime compliance
• Lead initiatives aligned with AMLA EU regulations
• Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Support implementation across KYC, monitoring, sanctions screening, and reporting
• Perform gap analysis against AMLA and EU frameworks
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams to deliver solutions
• Support UAT, validation, and implementation of financial crime solutions
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and compliance reports
• Experience with NetReveal and other financial crime systems
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies; large-scale regulatory transformation programs
