Job summary

Paytm is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to manage a team of Business Analysts and Data Analysts. The role focuses on identifying business trends through big data analysis and overseeing interpretation of results from multiple sources using diverse techniques.

The ideal candidate will track KPIs, interact with internal and external stakeholders, and develop data collection guidelines to support dashboards and executive reporting. Fintech/payments experience is preferred.

• Manages the daily activities of the team responsible for identifying business trends and problems through big data analysis
• Oversees the interpretation of results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

• More than 3 - 5 Years of Experience in data management & dashboards
• Candidate from Fintech/payments background will be preferred
• Proactively suggest changes to be made in the system/process based upon his analysis
• Manipulate data using data analysis tools to discover insights
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point , Google Data Studio & SQL/Hive
• Defines and collects metrics to update how the project/operation is progressing
