Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of the Digital Engagement and Automation Team.
• Applies technical knowledge to operate and administer infrastructure or software platforms and user groups of moderate complexity.
• Partners with team members or other IT teams to identify escalations and inform management.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to keep tools on the leading edge of innovation.
• Provide technical requirements and oversee Salesforce.com implementations within the Services organization.
• Recommend technology solutions to drive value while streamlining processes.
• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing for implementations.
• Identify process challenges and implement data system corrections or enhancements.
• Work with users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes for the software.

Job Description

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of the Digital Engagement and Automation Team.
• Applies technical knowledge to operate and administer infrastructure or software platforms and user groups of moderate complexity.
• Partners with members of a given team or other IT teams as appropriate. Identifies potential escalations and proactively alerts management.
• Partner with stakeholders in the business to ensure that our tools are on the leading edge of innovation and ahead of our competition
• Provide technical requirements and oversee implementation of Salesforce.com within the Services organization.
• Provide recommendations on technology business solutions with a focus on driving value while optimizing and streamlining the technology solutions and processes supporting the Services organization.
• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing for implementations and enhancements.
• Identify process challenges and implement appropriate data system corrections or enhancements.
• Work with users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes to accommodate the software application as needed.

Education And Experience Required

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Physics or comparable technical degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with SFDC, Product and Entitlement systems

Knowledge And Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Data architecture process understanding and implementation
• Strong initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills. Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Exhibits a high level of initiative and integrity. Possess creative ability, credibility and self-confidence
