Job summary

Infosys seeks a proactive consultant to support the consulting team across project phases—from problem definition and effort estimation to diagnosis, solution generation and deployment.

You will explore alternatives, build proofs of concept, create requirement specifications, and help configure solution requirements for client projects, while staying aware of the latest technologies and trends and bringing Kinaxis and O9 expertise to bear.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kinaxis and O9 platforms.
• Ability to refine and analyze business data to inform design.
• Capability to propose alternative solutions and develop POCs.

Responsibilities

• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research and vendor evaluations, and build POCs.
• Create requirement specifications from business needs, and define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.
• Support configuring solution requirements on products, investigate issues, diagnose root causes, seek clarifications, and shortlist solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high quality, value adding solutions to customers.
• Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
• Stay aware of the latest technologies and trends.
• Apply logical thinking and problem solving skills, and collaborate effectively.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
• Bring one or two industry domain areas of knowledge.

• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high quality, value adding solutions to customers.
