Qualifications

• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, business process modeling and documentation using standard BA techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret data, evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear artifacts and workshops.
• Ability to coordinate across onsite and remote team members in day shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for POS basics and integrated retail processes, ensuring alignment with store goals and compliance needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for NCR advanced store and NCR Retalix R8/R10, enabling scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to validate solution designs, ensuring NCR configurations support end-to-end workflows and promotions.
• Conduct system analysis on NCR implementations to identify gaps, performance issues, and enhancement opportunities improving cashier efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain process maps, data flows, and use case scenarios for store operations, returns, discounts, and loyalty features.
• Perform thorough functional testing and support UAT for NCR releases, ensuring business rules, integrations, and reporting meet quality standards.
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, configuration notes, test scenarios, and user guides for store teams.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure POS/transitions support accurate reconciliation and timely reporting of sales and inventory.
