Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed business analysis including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Provide strategic support to project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Work closely with stakeholders to validate requirements, challenge assumptions, and refine processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Participate in solution design discussions to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory expectations.
- Support testing cycles such as SIT and UAT, create test cases, and assist with defect resolution.
- Develop delivery strategies that include adoption activities like training materials, communication plans, and readiness assessments.
- Prepare clear documentation including business requirement documents, process flows, impact assessments, and status updates.
Functional Knowledge
- Understanding of transformation methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with the capacity to interpret data and generate insights.
- Familiarity with banking operations including workflows, customer onboarding, lending, payments, or compliance.
- Basic knowledge of risk and control practices within regulated financial environments.
- Experience using business analysis and collaboration tools including Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Power BI.
