A leading global clinical research firm is seeking a Business Analyst to lead client interactions and bridge gaps in requirements, with over 8 years of experience required. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, knowledge of eQMS, and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence. This role demands excellent analytical and communication skills while managing the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• eQMS Exposure or Med device/Pharma Industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with full project lifecycle (SDLC, agile).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Overview sessions with clients.
• Perform GAP analysis and provide solutions.
• Gather requirements and create BRD documents.
• Collaborate with Technical and Product teams.
• Provide support during client demos.

Job description

Responsibilities for Business Analyst:

• Conduct Overview session to the client
• Conduct GAP analysis Workshop and provide inputs/solutions to bridge the gaps
• Requirement gathering and Creation of BRD documents
• Collaborations with Technical/Engineering and Product team for Complex customization/Feasibility/Integration
• Provide guidance and clarification for developers on Requirements
• Review the configured product is as per expectation
• Conduct Client Demo session
• Support client on CRP and PQ Validation
• Provide Hyper care support
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications for Business Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of Business Analyst and related experience
• eQMS Exposure or Med device/ Pharma Industry exposure will be added advantage
• Strong familiarity with Product Implementation, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle (SDLC, agile, Cyclic)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Good understanding of VSTS/TFS/JIRA & Confluence
