Job summary

Accenture PLC in India is seeking a Business Advisory Specialist with 7–11 years of capital markets experience to handle OTC derivative settlements, confirmations, and reconciliations. The role involves coordinating with clients, legal and compliance teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate records of derivative agreements.

You will work across ISDA Master Agreements, CSA and GMRA processes, performing Nostro and Depot reconciliations and supporting settlement activities

Qualifications

• 7 to 11 years of experience in capital markets operations.
• Experience with OTC derivatives settlements and confirmations.
• Familiarity with ISDA Master Agreements, CSA and GMRA processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage derivative agreements (ISDA, CSA, GMRA).
• Coordinate with CPs, legal, traders and compliance for confirmations.
• Ensure confirmations comply with regulatory and internal policies.
• Maintain records of executed agreements and track outstanding confirmations.

What would you do?

• Drafting, reviewing and managing the derivative agreements like ISDA Master Agreements, CSA & GMRA related confirmations.
• Co-ordinating with CPs, legal teams, traders, and compliance departments for confirmation negotiation and execution.
• Ensuring all confirmations complies with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records of executed agreements and tracking outstanding confirmation
• Looking for someone with capital market experience
• Pre-matching, payment processing, depot alignment, working with various exchanges for OTC Derivatives.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - OTC Monitoring confirmation deadlines, renewals and amendments (i.e., counterparty is wrong or DB trade capture is wrong) Reconciliation & Exception Management Trade & Cash Reconciliation Reconcile daily trade settlements between internal systems, custodians, brokers, and clearing houses. Match executed trades with confirmations received from counterparties. Investigate and resolve trade breaks, ensuring accurate settlement. 2. Settlement Matching & Break Resolution Compare internal settlement records with external custodian and counterparty recordDerivative Settlements - P4
• Nostro & Depot Reconciliation Perform Nostro Reconciliation: Match bank account balances with expected cash movements. Perform Depot Reconciliation: Verify securities holdings with custodians and internal books. Investigate breaks and resolve discrepancies with finance and treasury teams

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.

• Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
