Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Advisory Senior Analyst in Bengaluru to manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations. The role focuses on delivering insights to improve efficiency and profitability across global supply chains.

You will work with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to end-to-end supply chain improvements in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Primary skill - Oracle SCM Supply Chain Planning - P1
• 5+ years in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Data Analytics
• 2+ years in Procurement, material management, Material planning
• Analytical skills with advanced Excel
• Self-driven, able to work in unstructured environment
• Experience in Hi-Tech/data center builds
• Proficient in Kinaxis and SAP
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

What would you do?

• Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize 5 for every 1 spent on our services
• You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and including all processes that transform raw materials into final products
• A flow of materials, resources, cash and information; enabling more effective planning and designing of global supply chains.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - Oracle SCM Supply Chain Planning - P1
• Min 5 years experience in Engineering,Supply Chain,Procurement,Operations,Manufacturing,Data Analytics roles
• Min 2 years working in Procurement, material management, Material planning roles

• Review Demand Supply Data to release orders and coordinate material supply and schedule for Builds and upgrades
• Execute the Procure to Pay Process Review Purchase Requisitions Request for Quotes Create PO
• Root cause, Coordinate and resolve material delivery delays
• Work with New product Introduction teams to ensure material availability
• Work with warehouse, accounts payable, Logistics to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts
• Work with multiple Business stakeholders (Engineers, Planners,Business users and Strategic suppliers, Communicate results to business stakeholders
• Work with client and leads to suggest end to end process improvements
• Support Analyst hiring and onboarding, Create execution documentation, facilitate onboarding, training and knowledge transfer for new joiners
