The successful candidate will lead policies, risk management, and compliance, coordinating with auditors and tax advisers to support sustainable growth and performance transparency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Lead the Finance & Accounts function and ensure effective management of financial operations.
• Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and provide analysis of significant variances.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support business decisions, investments, pricing, expansion, and cost management.
• Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Review management accounts and financial reports before submission to senior management.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other professional advisers.
