Accenture is seeking a Bus & Technology Delivery Manager focused on Talent Development and Learning Operations. You will understand client ecosystems, design and oversee learning programs, and manage the learning operations lifecycle for strategic accounts.

With 13–18 years in related fields, you will lead skill assessments, define curricula, and drive innovative learning solutions while coordinating with Accenture’s delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in service delivery operations.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning and HR operations or related operations.

Responsabilités

• Understand client operating environment, business strategy, org structure, and learning approach to manage relationships, demand pipeline, issues, design and reporting.
• Lead talent development processes and learning program design with client stakeholders.
• Conduct skill assessments, identify gaps, and create preliminary learning briefs or project definitions.
• Develop training plans, architect learning solutions within budget, and align with client goals.
• Design measurement strategies and ensure progress toward target outcomes.
• Assist clients in moving to modern learning methods (70-20-10, social learning, gamification).

The Business Interlock Manager uses this knowledge to manage client relationships, demand pipeline, issue resolution, learning program design, reporting, and new business development.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors Degree
• Previous experience in service delivery operations (7+ years)
• Previous Experience working in Learning and or Talent & HR operations. Related operations experience considered. (7+ years)

Roles and Responsibilities

• o Leverage appropriate tools and templates to capture business requirements, skill and performance gaps, and unique audience needs.
• o Work with the client to identify business sponsors, champions, content managers, and other SME resources to partner with on training strategy initiatives.
• o Conduct skill assessments to identify current skill gaps and areas of expertise.
• o Design learning needs analysis approach (interviews, workshop, etc.) for a target audience. Document findings, learning objectives, and viable learning solutions in a Preliminary Learning Brief (PLB) or Project Definition & Planning (PDP) template.
• o Analyze and refine the performance requirements and learning priorities identified during the learning needs analysis phase.
• o Develop training plans tailored to individual groups and roles within the clients organization.
• o Architect the learning solution given the business requirements, client context, and budget limitations, with a focus on innovative and industry leading solutions.
• o Apply best practices, leverage other capability groups within Accenture (i.e., Accenture Learning Delivery, Accenture Knowledge Management Services, Content Development, etc.), and utilize external solutions, as appropriate.
• o Design and manage the measurement strategies for each client training solution. Partner with business sponsors and champions to ensure progress against and in alignment with target goals.
• o Work with clients to design learning strategies that move organization to new ways of learning (e.g., 70 20 10, learning anywhere, social learning, gamification).
• o Understand the clients broader Talent Management Strategy, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance & Progression, and Leadership Development.
• o Work with the client to review existing competency models and or design new ones. Align talent and learning initiatives solutions to competency model framework
