As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Building Material Sales Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team in Lucknow and Kanpur. Role Responsibilities
  1. Sales of Property Plans
    • Promote and sell Property Kumbh's exclusive real estate plans and projects to potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and builders.
    • Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase the benefits and features of our properties.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  2. Building Material Sales
    • Identify potential customers for building materials such as cement, steel, tiles, and other construction essentials.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure profitable and long-term business relationships.
    • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to management.
  3. Listing of Building Materials
    • Source and onboard reliable suppliers and manufacturers of building materials.
    • Maintain an updated and detailed database of building material suppliers and their product offerings.
    • Ensure that materials listed are of high quality and competitively priced to meet customer expectations.
  4. Market Research Analysis
    • Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding market opportunities and demand fluctuations.
    • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
  5. Client Relationship Management
    • Deliver exceptional after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
    • Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Implement customer retention strategies to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  6. Reporting Performance Tracking
    • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports including sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
    • Track monthly and quarterly sales targets to ensure consistent growth and improvement.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities and future projections.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, building materials, or the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
