Job summary

Neuron7.ai seeks an experienced Release Manager to drive the end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple products and environments. You will coordinate across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure predictable, high-quality releases.

The role requires driving QA processes and test automation to enhance release readiness. Candidate should have 8–12+ years in release management, strong CI/CD and cloud experience, and a track record in product-based companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Release Management / Build & Release Engineering / DevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
• Expertise in Git, branching strategies, trunk-based development, and version control.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) – preferred.
• Understanding of modern deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, progressive delivery).
• Strong understanding of release governance, artifact management, and multi-environment deployments.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and integration into CI/CD pipelines.

Role Overview
