Accountabilities

  • IT Helpdesk ticket resolution.
  • IT fleet (Laptops, Desktops, Network equipment, and other IT equipment) management.
  • IT system uptime and maintenance.
  • New associates IT onboarding and IT training.
  • Monitor security threats and alerts and ensure systems are adequately protected.
  • IT Vendor management.
  • Work on a variety of IT projects, both local and global.
  • Identifying and reporting problems and/or new ideas.
  • Identifying areas where IT cost reductions and efficiency gains can be achieved and implemented.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting problems, and resolving issues for all computer systems, applications, and networks, including hardware, operating systems, and software.
  • Provide optimal Helpdesk user support (Service Levels & Compliances).
  • Continuous and smooth functioning of our business system and network infrastructure (Key Performance Measurement: Zero downtime).
  • Maintain and administrate LAN infrastructure.
  • Perform capacity planning for computer systems to ensure adequate processing power for current users and future growth.
  • Conduct security audits to ensure that computer systems are secure from unauthorized access or attack.
  • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot new applications, systems, or other technology components.
  • Implement new computer systems or improve existing systems based on business needs.
  • Recommend upgrades and changes to existing computer systems to improve efficiency or productivity.
  • Manage and maintain the application integrity, availability of servers, backup data, virus protection system, email system, etc.
