Position Summary

This position is responsible for SAP implementation and support in Order to Cash (OTC) business processes.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Implementation and support of SAP Supply Chain processes by:
  2. Collecting and documenting detailed requirements
  3. Analysing requirements and designing solutions using SAP best practices
  4. Developing To-be business process flows
  5. Configuring Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE) modules and associated master data
  6. Performing integration and system testing to ensure proper functioning of the solutions with the other modules
  7. Preparing test scripts
  8. Coordinating with the users to test the solutions
  9. Developing business process documentation and user training manuals
  10. Training the key users and end users
  11. Implementing cross functional solutions by working with cross functional implementation team
  12. Planning and coordinating cut-over activities for smooth transition
  13. Performing data migration
  14. Providing post Go-live support to the users
  15. Preparing necessary documentation such as configuration, gap fit analysis, decisions taken
  16. Developing functional specifications for development objects and working with the development team to deploy completed solutions
  17. Support, Facilitate, Enhance and/or Reengineering of SAP Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM) modules
Minimum Requirements to Apply
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SD & LE modules and their implementation with associated interfaces and in support of SAP Business Processes and associated interfaces
  2. Experience in leading and implementing large ERP (SAP) projects with the cross functional business and IT teams
  3. Experience in implementation of SAP processes for Batch manufacturing (chemical or similar) environment
  4. Extensive experience in designing and architecting solutions in the respective SAP functional areas
  5. Extensive work experience in implementing solutions related to regulatory and compliance processes and systems
  6. Experience in 5 full life cycle implementations of SAP Supply Chain related processes is desired
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Expertise in SAP SD and LE modules to configure and to implement these modules for manufacturing environment
  2. Knowledge in SAP modules such as MM, PP, WM, FI for cross application component integration
  3. Analysis and Design skills
  4. Customization skills in SAP ECC Supply Chain related modules
  5. Business knowledge in Supply chain functions and associated data
  6. Project Management skills
