Job summary

Tech Data APAC is seeking a capable Operations Associate in India to support day-to-day activities, maintain SOPs, and prepare dashboards and KPI reports for management review. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, IT, and other teams to handle operational tasks and assist in process improvements. Strong Excel, SAP, and CRM familiarity is preferred.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for shifts, and contributing to a global organization focused on inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business operations or administrative support.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with SAP and CRM systems.
