Job summary

OP Mobility is seeking a qualified professional to manage supplier quality tasks in a dynamic automotive environment. You will oversee quality activities, coordinate with supplier teams, and ensure deliverables meet defined KPIs across multiple projects and product lines.

The role requires hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, and supplier processes, plus strong communication and teamwork. Local candidates in Pune with 2+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years, preferably in Automotive in Quality, Operations, Purchasing or similar.
• Experience with APQP, supplier management and supplier processes.
• Automotive global requirements and PPAP deliverables.
• Technical understanding of industrial processes (injection molding, stamping, assembly).
• Good communication, team playing, customer oriented, rigor & result oriented, multi tasking, flexibility and stress resistance.

Responsibilities

• Is responsible for the Quality related tasks of Supplier Quality Specialists.
• Executes the given tasks in the agreed timing in line with OPmobility procedures and rules.
• Serves multiple projects, activities and product lines.
• KPI and/or main deliverables; Task related KPI according to definition.
