Patient Care: Assess and monitor patients' health status. Administer medications and treatments as per physician's orders. Provide bedside care, nursing interventions, and post-operative support. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs and progress notes. Communicate effectively with doctors and healthcare teams.
