Job summary

RIVOT MOTORS India Pvt. Ltd. in Belagavi, Karnataka seeks a Social Media Marketing Intern (on-site) to plan, shoot and publish content for our EV brand.

You will edit videos, write captions and manage publishing across platforms while learning about digital marketing, campaigns and brand storytelling.

Eligible: BBA/B.Com/BBM/Mass Communication/Marketing or fresh graduates; duration 3–6 months; stipend ₹10,000 per month.

Qualifications

• This internship is for students or fresh graduates in marketing or media.
• Hands-on content creation for social media of an EV brand.
• On-site role in Belagavi, Karnataka with practical learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
• Shoot photos and videos of vehicles, products, events, customers, employees and activities
• Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and promotional videos
• Edit videos and photos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva or Photoshop
• Write captions, hooks, headlines and other copy
• Manage content publishing: scheduling and posting
• Maintain a content calendar with regular posts across platforms
• Develop ideas for campaigns, launches and promotions
• Track performance: engagement, reach, follower growth
• Monitor trends and opportunities for relevant content
• Support online brand presence with the marketing team

About the Internship

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and hands-on Social Media Marketing Intern who is passionate about content creation, photography, videography, and social media. The intern will be responsible for planning, creating, shooting, editing, and publishing content across the company's social media profiles.

This is a practical, on-ground role where you will work closely with the team to create content around our electric vehicles, products, technology, customers, company activities, and brand stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Shoot photos and videos of vehicles, products, events, customers, employees, and day-to-day company activities
• Create short-form video content such as Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos
• Edit videos and photos for social media using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Photoshop, or similar software
• Write captions, hooks, headlines, and other content copy
• Manage the complete content publishing process, including scheduling and posting
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure regular posting across platforms
• Develop creative concepts and ideas for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
• Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant and engaging content
• Assist in building and maintaining RIVOT MOTORS' online brand presence
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create content aligned with business goals

Desired Skills

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Ability to shoot good-quality videos using a smartphone or camera
• Basic video editing and photo editing skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends, visuals, and storytelling
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to create engaging hooks, captions, and short-form content
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site and participate in outdoor shoots and company activities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
