You will be responsible for selling various products tailored to client needs, acquiring new customers, and building strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of HNI customers and sell various products.
• Acquire new customers via referrals and maintain interactions.
• Cross sell third party products based on customer needs.
• Maintain client profiles through regular interactions to understand and update needs.
• Enhance portfolio value and maintain quality/hygiene parameters.
• Cross-sell third party products (MF/Insurance/RBI Bonds) as appropriate.
• Participate in joint calls with supervisor per defined process.
• Provide advisory services per customer requirements.
• Monitor attrition and achieve MTD and YTD revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• To handle portfolio of HNI customers of bank and cross sell various products according to clients need.
• Liability product selling, education on product features.
• Acquire new customers through referrals from existing customers who meet product criteria.
• Regular interaction with the customer to build rapport to understand and update the profile.
• Enhance the overall value/book size of the portfolio.
• Maintain the overall quality/hygiene parameters of the portfolio.
• Cross sell third party products of the bank based on the customer need like MF/Insurance/RBI Bonds.
• Joint calls being done along with supervisor as per defined process.
• Advisory services to be offered based on the customers requirement.
• Attrition control of customers.
• Achieve MTD and YTD revenue targets.
• Achievement of income plans and other benchmarks within portfolio.
