Responsibilities
- Overall in-charge of Building Material sales and business development
- Identify, educate and convert key customers like Architects, builders, contractors, consultants etc. to use/recommend Building Material products.
- In charge for the sales from the retail and project segment for the assigned area.
- Responsible for B2C Sales.
- Coordinate between the market (dealers, customers, influencers etc.) and the organization to ensure that the products are delivered accurately and on-time to enhance customer satisfaction
- To manage and motivate all Sales teams.
- To conduct regular mason meets in the assigned area.

- Excellent working knowledge of the mentioned area.
- Knowledge of the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Graduate with MBA with specialization in marketing.
- Strong aggressive personality.
- Should have an experience of 6-12 years in handling a team.
- High level of motivation.
- Excellent man handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Having a self-initiative.
- Capable of working in a team.
