Responsibilities

• Sales targets: meet monthly, quarterly and annual sourcing, approval, and disbursement of home loans.
• Team leadership: hire, train, mentor, and motivate sales executives or loan officers.
• Partner relationship management: build networks with real estate builders, developers, brokers, and DSAs to generate leads.
• Process coordination: coordinate with credit, legal, technical and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Customer guidance: educate clients on loan products, eligibility, docs and terms while delivering quality service.
• Compliance and risk management: ensure sourced loans comply with banking regs, policies and audit guidelines.
