Job summary

Guiders India is hiring to directly sell to customers through appointments and office/home visits in a Chennai-based territory. The role includes recruiting and handholding the sales team, ensuring leads from the call center convert into revenue, and maintaining sales MIS and reporting.

The incumbent will drive field activity, manage customer engagements, and contribute to quarterly targets with a focus on revenue generation and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated.
To ensure that business reporting, MIS on sales call conversion are updated and maintained.

Responsibilities

Directly sell to customers via appointments and office/home visits.
Recruit and handhold the sales team.
Prepare and update MIS/reports on sales performance and conversions.
