Bwise Solutions is seeking a Team Lead for Agency Sales in Life Insurance to lead a multi-city team across Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Shivpur, and Chhindwara. The role blends team leadership with individual IC sales, targeting growth through advisor recruitment and elevated productivity.

You will mentor and train insurance advisors, manage sales pipelines, and ensure regulatory compliance while building strong client relationships to drive sustainable business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in life insurance.
• Agency Channel experience preferred.
• Team handling experience or strong individual sales performance may apply.
• Good understanding of life insurance products, advisor recruitment and sales processes.
• Strong communication, relationship management and business development skills.
