Job summary

Standard Chartered India is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a branch, drive sales targets, deepen client relationships, and ensure service standards for Priority and Priority Private segments. You will manage a robust sales process in line with regulatory requirements.

This role offers leadership to frontline and support teams, focusing on talent development and delivering branch performance against the business plan.

Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of experience in business management and retail banking.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team leadership abilities.
  • Experience in managing High-Net-Worth Individual client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of consumer banking products.
