Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a finance professional to join our Private Equity team to deliver fund accounting services.

The role focuses on NAV calculations, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting for complex fund structures across multiple investor vehicles. You will supervise production analysts, coordinate calculations of carried interests and performance fees, review investor allocations for capital calls and distributions, and act as the primary client

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records and calculate fund’s Net Asset Values.
• Coordinate and review financial statements and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate and review calculations of carried interests/performance/incentive fees.
• Coordinate and review calculation of investor allocations for capital calls and distributions.
• Coordinate and review of partners capital account statements.
• Coordinate of payments and other transactions.
• Supervise production analysts, review and signing off the work performed.
• Acting as primary contact for clients and other stakeholders.
• Meeting client expectations by monitoring timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
• Ensuring all escalations are addressed timely.
• First escalation point for internal queries.

As a core member of our Private Equity team you will be working with experienced industry professionals to deliver services for complex fund structures.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining books and records and calculations of fund’s Net Asset Values.
• Coordinating and Reviewing Financial Statements and associated reports including performance metrics/quarterly reporting
• Coordinate and review of calculations of carried interests/performance/incentive fees
• Coordinate and review calculation of investor allocations for capital calls and distributions
