The Boxing Instructor will design and lead boxing-based training sessions for participants, with a focus on youth and women from the local community. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves planning group exercise classes, teaching boxing fundamentals and conditioning drills, and ensuring safe technique and injury prevention. The instructor will conduct regular assessments of participants, provide individualized coaching, and adapt training plans based on fitness levels and goals. The role includes maintaining training equipment, coordinating schedules with program staff, and supporting events, demonstrations, or competitions that promote sports participation. The Boxing Instructor will also communicate regularly with participants, families, and Foundation teams to encourage consistent attendance, confidence building, and overall well-being.
