Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for testing? Does contributing to the fascinating fast-growing wearable/hearable industry make you feel proud?

We are looking for a skilled Test Architect/V&V Lead to work on innovative sensor solutions in an agile team and drive/execute all aspects of verification and validation at the system level of software solutions. This includes vision for the V&V, test automation strategy (CI/CD), and system tests.

The lead shall possess a creative mind and enthusiasm to work on future tech and actively involve in developing strategic plans for testing efforts, explore and recommend innovative testing products and solutions, and define and administer standard testing architecture methodologies, processes, and tools across the engagement. You will create test estimates and define/build reusable testing assets for sensor-based solutions.

Qualifications

Personality: Listen, understand, and respond professionally to partner questions and issues while building trust. Self-starting with influencing and leadership skills.

Experience & Know-How:
Architecture and design skills using Object-Oriented Programming concepts and design patterns.
7+ years of experience testing and automating software/embedded solutions.
Strong programming experience in Python, C, C++.
Having ISTQB Test Manager certification is a plus.

Languages: We are cooperating with different worldwide locations. Therefore, we expect excellent English skills.

Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
