Job Description

0-5 years’ Experience in Accounting in BPO/Shared Service/Manufacturing.

Excellent communication Skills in German and English is mandatory.

Processing of cases/tickets/Invoices while adhering to targets of accuracy, login efficiency and productivity.

Review accounting documents, identify errors and provide solutions.

To receive and respond to all incoming queries via phone or email.

To assist and participate in improvement initiatives.

Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Guides and supports Operations proactively (Continuous Improvement Process CIP, Standardization).

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (preferably B.com).

Experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable is mandatory.

Minimum B2.2 German language certification.

Analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.

Very high customer-oriented mindset.

Great networking skills and intercultural understanding.

Self-determined and structured way of working.

High motivation and engagement.

Ability and willingness to work in challenging conditions.
