Job Description

1. Provide complete IT infrastructure & application support for Manufacturing IT applications.
2. Perform application deployments, configurations, device management, and hotfix installations.
3. Collaborate and troubleshoot Manufacturing IT application and infrastructure-related incidents.
4. Onboard Manufacturing IT applications and implement manufacturing plant-specific configurations.
5. Perform application and infrastructure migrations.
6. Ensure quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per the defined service levels and KPIs.
7. Monitor system performance and ensure application availability.
8. Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and customer coordinators, manage stakeholders, and deliver technical documentation and training.
9. Ensure customer satisfaction, manage escalations in the services delivered, and drive continuous improvement of services.
10. Provide extended support for planned maintenance and on-call readiness support.
11. Be able to work in shifts and travel to customer locations for business needs.

Experience: 4-8 Years

Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA

Work Location: Bangalore

Mandatory Skills:
Strong Windows system administration & troubleshooting skills, including strong knowledge of the various components of Windows Enterprise.
Experience in Microsoft Windows servers including IIS, services configurations, and installations.
Experience in application support.
Experience with MS SQL and/or Oracle databases.
Scripting to build required automation using ‘PowerShell/Python‘.
ITIL Service Management Framework (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

Added value if you have:
Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools (ICINGA/ELK/AppDynamics).
Knowledge of network infrastructure (VPN, IPsec, Firewall, Load balancing setup, and security implementation).
Understanding of IoT/IT for Manufacturing – i4.0 concepts.
Working knowledge of various tools and open-source technologies.
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred.
